I have used Ted's for both residential service in the past and multiple times for dumpster rentals and I can say I'm more than satisfied with their service they have provided me. The dumpsters are well kept for being dumpsters, and they were all delivered on-time and we had no damage to home or property from delivery or pick up. The folks working the phones have always been courteous and respectful to me as well. I will definitely be using their dumpster rental service in the future and I have already recommended them to family/friends. Additionally, I have used their recycling center and I am thankful they offer that service for free and the hours usually work fairly well for my schedule. There's usually quite a few people there so parking can be limited but if you can get there when it's not so busy there's no problem.

I have never in my life experienced such rudeness, I’ve had to actually argue with these people because they refuse to take the trash and when I called to get some assistance the woman on the phone got smart and didn’t help me all. If I could give it zero stars I would because it was just that bad. For a family owned business these people sure lack compassion and kindness for the people that support their small business.

Consistent great service! Local and family owned! Show up rain or shine, especially SNOW! Our neighbors trash sit out for multiple weeks because competitors of Ted’s skip them multiple times a year! Ted’s is the best!

I like the fact that my bill is easily accessible online anytime I need it AND it's always the same price each month (with no hidden fees.) At this point, Ted's Trash is one of the best haulers Trinity Site Services has ever used because of their quality service, company integrity, and honesty to the customer. (p.s. don't up my price now that I've bragged on you - lol)

I am lucky to have Teds at both my residence and at my church and at both locations they do FANTASTIC work. They are responsive (drivers and office), courteous, competitive, caring, consistent, helpful, and regardless of weather maintain the same high work ethic. Shout out to John Owens on the residential side for EXCELLENT service!!
